Harper's U.S. girl Joanna Hillman stood out as she wandered through the cars after the Roksanda show in Pall Mall last week. In a typical New York fashion editor way, she just looks so cool with her deep red lipstick, dark shades, biker jacket and super glitzy skirt. I don't know where any of them are from as I didn't ask and I had to dash, but all that really matters is that this is one cool Woman!

Westminster Abbey

I wonder if she was updating her twitter and facebook at the same time? Probably not....she's far too cool for stuff like that.

I'm not fully up-to-date on Abbey's height, but she looks like a giant here and in that hug-in-a-mug coat she looks like she's some kind of super-race of ancient people.....But anyway, I'm going off on one again aren't I!

Free Blood

This girl I had never encountered before the Topshop Unique show this weekend at London Fashion Week, but I know who she is now!!! Charlotte Free introduced herself to all the street photographers by bursting out the doors, leap frogging over a wall and steps and screaming "oh my god, no way! I fucking love Geese!". She then proceeded to chase 2 Canadian Geese that had appeared from the Thames behind us.

So upon a bit of investigating it appears that L.A. native Charlotte is the new wild child on the scene and I can see why. She seemed the sort of girl who might actually start a fight with you in her tracksuit bottoms and printed t-shirt. Nonetheless I quite like this girl. She's interesting, she's exciting and she seems like she doesn't belong in this industry, which is exactly what I love. Keep note of her name, I think she's gonna be waking us all up!

Dorothea after Aquascutum

Makes me feel like Dorothea's about to get a flight in the mid-70s, except for the phone of course. I absolutely love this look and Dorothea is pretty much my favourite girl to photograph too. Just chic, polite and naturally beautiful.

The Circus is back in Town

So its back again, Fashion Week has returned to the venues of London and so the excitement, the stress, the waiting, the dashing, the fighting, the friend making and the general circus that it is, has begun!

To kick start things we have a beautiful model I caught outside the Aminake Wilmont show this afternoon, whose name I have no clue of, but I'm guessing is from Models1 given the book in her hand.

The weather report is awful for the next few days in London, but here is hoping for some succesful picture taking of the beautiful and the fashionable that make it all worthwhile!

The Art Curator

I caught Laura Rivas on her way to work back in December when it was pretty damn cold in London. Laura, originally from Spain, worked as a curator at a nearby art gallery and I felt particularly drawn to her colourful and warm looking vintage coat and its interesting pattern, mixed with her traditional Spanish stole. It was a kind of clash between the ethnic styles and a London Sloane Pony with her LK Bennett boots and Penalva bag thrown in. But nonetheless I liked!

People tell me that Olivia is hated in The City and I absolutely cannot understand why (I've never watched it though). Whenever I meet Olivia I am overwhelmed by how sweet she is and I personally think she just has the kindest looking face I've ever seen. This was taken as I caught up with Olivia after the Giambattista Valli Show in Paris.

This is 28 yr old Kalli Clark-Sternberg photographed on London's Great Marlborough Street for Grazia recently. Kalli teams up her Nike parker against an LV bag. It's been pretty cold just lately, but Kalli keeps herself warm in her Canadian classics pom-pom beanie mixed with a slouchy Gap sweater, scrunched down socks, leggings and tassled ankle boots from Sandro.
